Transactional Analysis (TA) is a practical and powerful framework for understanding how people think, communicate, and relate to one another at work. As an Organisational Transactional Analyst, I use TA to help leaders and teams recognise the patterns that drive behaviour, decision-making, and performance — both conscious and unconscious. It provides clear, accessible tools for improving communication, strengthening accountability, resolving conflict, and building healthy, productive workplace cultures. TA bridges psychological insight with everyday leadership practice, enabling individuals and organisations to work with greater clarity, responsibility, and effectiveness.

brings awareness to the attitudes, and behaviours that affect the performance and wellbeing of the organisation. I create options that change compulsive reactions into chosen responses, and in so doing, we co-create a desired future for the organisation.

value the best of what is in the organisation to envision and design what will be. I facilitate engagement in positive, life-giving dialogue, assisting the organisation to create what it desires for optimal productivity.
